Poor bathroom facilities was not clean. Poor customer service. Staff did not accommodate our needs.

Bathroom facility was old and dirty. There was a leak in our bathroom. The leak seamed to come from the floor drain overflowing. It smelled like sewer water. When I complained to the front reception they did not fix the issue. They did not move me to another room so we were stuck staying stay in the room with a bad odor.

Room size is huge and this is near 1KM to Beach. Its in happening area. Near to Bintang retail as well. We actually booked this for shopping.

Room need to spray frequently to avoid dam smell. Due to not using room for long it might happen.

Location of the property was good! Garden and pool area was good !

Room was very noise from the street and in very bad shape need urgent renovation!! Deep cleaning of bathroom would be necessary and painting of the dirty seelings!!! Management doesn’t pay attention to maintenance of the object! We stayed the first week as return customers but since we were very disappointed about the this time conditions of the hotel we moved for 17 nights to other hotel nearby!!!

The tub in the bathrooms was very slow draining. Only one of the rooms had good AC.

Breakfast was a little basic. (BUT coffee was hot, and for $7/day you can`t be picky)

The po9l and area around the pool looked nice, although we didn't use it as only stayed overnight.Rooms were clean and spacious.

The location was right off a very busy backstreet, and the room looked onto that street, so no nice views.Also furnishings - bed covers etc were very dark and a bit rundown.

The location is good, it’s central to areas we wanted go to. The availability of the interconnecting rooms for our family of four. The staff are lovely and very accommodating.

The property is dated and probably needs a good renovation.

Bathroom very smelly. Pool needs to be cleaned properly eg vaccumed and chorinated correctly There are always many mosquitoes in the rooms I have stayed here over 10 times now. It easier to buy mosquito spray yourself location is good.

Had a great time, staff were lovely. Pool was clean and well kept. gardens were maintained. Rooms were done every morning. Breakfast bruschetta was always amazing and fresh popia and watermelon. Only about 10 mins from the main strip, well within walking distances to most places.

The 2 bedroom villa was on seperate floors. Considering we had a 2, 3, and 5 year old this didn't work so we had to shove a bed to the bottom floor and practically didn't use the top room. Be wary when booking.

Did not looks like the pictures. There is a mosquitos in the room. But the staffs are very helpful

The location was good. Only 20 mins walk to the beach Buffet breakfast was ok, but they should have provided some salad as well. Pool was nice

Poor staff . During breakfast, the staff kept hiding at the back, eating breakfast, and chatting. No customer service . The customer had to always find them and ask them to refill, which was a bit annoying .Poor cleaning as well. The bathtub wasn't cleaned .

Simple villa's with all basic amenities. Basic food for buffet breakfast. staff were friendly and happy to help. We paid around $30aus pp/day - so good value for money

villa had no cooking facilities. poor water pressure in showers and air-conditioners struggled to keep rooms continuously cool.

Bit far from the town area

The pool was small and clean.

It was very rundown, and needs a revamp. Our room had damp inside the bedroom/bathroom walls which they very badly rendered, so they thought you couldn't see it. The bathroom was so noisy, behind the mirror, was holes in the walls, so you could hear all the outside noise. The walls were dirty, the bath was stained and had a huge crack in the corner, we didn't use it! You couldn't get to the towel rails to hang your towels. The safe didn't work, and the lounge/living area was dirty. The walls were stained. They didn't give you normal coffee refills, there were never enough towels, they only used small throw away containers for shamoo/soap etc. There mattress was so hard, very uncomfortable aswell as the pillows. The area was very busy, rundown, and right next to the river which wasn't pleasant either. The breakfast was the same every day, all they did each day, was change the style of potatoes or chicken. One cereal, one jam! I don't know when to stop, we will certainly not go back to this hotel again!

There is insects, mosquitoes , in the villa ,we have to use mosquito net,and insects lotion and so we can sleep, the aircond doesn't work properly in our room , but in my kids bedroom aircond working very good , but that's no big problem for us ,everything else very very good , I will definitely recommend to people this villa , very good value for money if your travel with family .

We had an enjoyable stay. Can’t fault it, it was affordable and staff were nice and we felt comfortable.
